NASCLEAR ALLERGY
Packaging

The Brief:

Create a brand design for the packaging of a pharmaceutical product called NasClear Allergy taking into account the categories PLUS, LITE and KIDS.

Design Concept:

I decided to take a fun approach to the design of the packaging to take the edge off the idea of swallowing tablets but to make it recognisable as medicine. The swoosh gives the sense of airflow as it is a pharmaceutical product that relieves allergies that can be caused by particles in the air. Using prominent illustrations to emphasise what each category represents. The red colour to symbolise strong for the "PLUS" medication, light blue to allow interpretation as the medication that is not as strong as the PLUS and a bright yellow to be eye catching for kids along with an illustrated bee character holding a syrup to reveal the medicine is a liquid form. Making sure to carry the style across all of the packaging with the illustrated strokes and style.
